What this site collects
The Then Again website does not include an enquiry form, account system or advertising tracker. It does not intentionally collect personal information from visitors.
Basic hosting information
Like most websites, our hosting provider may process technical request information needed to deliver and protect the site, such as IP address, browser type, requested page and request time. This information is used for security, reliability and aggregate operational reporting.
Links to the group companies
Luster, Calder and Kilter are part of Then Again. Each company is responsible for its own website, enquiries and client relationships. Once you follow a company link, that company’s privacy practices apply.
Enquiries and referrals
This website helps you choose where to start but does not collect an enquiry itself. Calder, Kilter and Luster record website enquiries in Temper, the group’s shared enquiry and prospective-client system. If another Then Again company is better placed to help, the company you contacted will ask before passing your identifiable enquiry details across.
Questions
For a privacy question about work you have done with one of the group companies, contact that company directly through its website. If you are unsure which company holds the relationship, use Then Again’s routing page to find the right contact.
